[wp-pro] Looking for talented Web 2.0 Designer

I run an SEO and design firm.  I am looking to partner with great designers.

What do you typically charge (rough best estimate) to code and design a
custom CMS type home page and internal page?  Nothing crazy and no
customized plugins.



Would you be interested in modifying an existing WordPress theme?  Creating
a different navigation and image.  What do you charge for that?
