[wp-pro] Wordpress Server Setup

I am desirous of setting up a blog site/server. I believe I have all the necessary hardware 
1:Static Ip Address
2:Domain Name
3:Broadband Connection
4:Dedicated PC
5:Windows 2000/2003 Server

Need help in proceeding.
