[wp-pro] Help needed to redesign my web site

I am needing to have someone redo my web site and I will need for it to look
as professional as possible and not like a simple template.  I would like to
have the same pages/tabs, plugins, images, and features as the current.  I
might like to have this person on retainer or I would like to pay you to
update or add things to the site when needed.  I would be willing to pay a
monthly service free to do this.  It would help if you knew about SEO as
