[wp-pro] Hire consultant technical support help for my website & blog

I have my website up and running but need some basic help in refining the 
design and getting the layout, pictures and content a bit more polished. I 
also want to add a forum/blog to my site. I would love to hire a friendly 
and experienced WP expert who could work on an ongoing, as needed basis at a
