[wp-pro] FeedWordPress issues

Struggling with these:
 
1. The FeedWordPress plugin doesn't activate
This could be because of the hosting environment (Australia's Exetel web
space): I noticed a "/" in the URL was replaced with "%2F".  On a different
host (GoDaddy) the activation worked fine. But I would still like to
activate it on the first server if I can! Any help welcome.
 
2. The FeedWordPress plugin doesn't accept the feed
The "Add a new syndicated site" feature doesn't work when I enter
http://home.exetel.com.au/ozzywood/blog/feed=rss. I checked the URL through
feedburner and there it runs fine.
