[wp-pro] Moved WP Blog and DB info - Made a Mess - Pay For Help!!

I have to disagree Steve and agree with Caimin. I recently upgraded a 2.0.1
installation to 2.3 by uploading the files, then received Karalee's error,
then hit the /wp-admin/ directory, which quickly prompted me that my
database was out of date and asked me to upgrade. I did and the errors went
away. wp_terms is part of the newer versions of WP.
