[wp-pro] TinyMCE WordPress Plugin

I'm looking for someone who has knowledge of writing a plugin to work 
with TinyMCE in WP 2.1.2 & MP-MU 1.1.1.

We need to add a button (we'll provide the image) to the TinyMCE 
(visual) editor in WP 2.1.2 & MP-MU 1.1.1 that when clicked wraps the 
selected text with certain tags. 

Say that you have the sentence "Will someone please select some text." 
and you select the word "select" and then click the button it would return:

"Will someone please <div class='myClass'>select</div> some text."

The Anarchy Media Player plugin 
<http://an-archos.com/anarchy-media-player> is a great start but would 
need to be stripped down a bit and I believe that it would need to have 
the selection code added.

We have this working in the code editor already and only need the visual 
editor code.

If interested, please let me know about other plugins that you've 
developed, what you would charge and when this could be completed by.  
After completion our intent is to share this with others as a simple 
WordPress plugin under the GPL, so if you build upon others' code, we'd 
need you to note that.
