Wordpress Designer for New Blog on Education Policy

National Access Network Mission Statement:

The mission of the National Access Network (www.schoolfunding.info) is to
promote meaningful educational opportunities for all children, especially
those low-income and minority children currently being denied this
opportunity. Access seeks to bring about this change by forming a national
network of education litigators, policy-makers, and advocates, in order to
strengthen the links between school finance litigation, public engagement,
and education policy.

Project Description:

The National Access Network is slated to launch a new blog on education
policy in mid-August. We are looking for a Wordpress designer who can brand,
design, and code a custom Wordpress theme for the new blog. The audience of
the blog is policymakers, policy wonks, think tank types, members of the
media, education advocates and organizers, and education researchers.

Functional Requirements:

The blog must have standard blog features found in most Wordpress blogs,
including: comments, trackbacks, blog RSS feeds, prev /next navigation on
posts, navigation by category, navigation by calendar, navigation by author,
tags on posts,  tagcloud, social bookmarking links, blog roll, search tool,
list of recent entries, related entries, breadcrumbs.
