[wp-pro] Need help with WP theme

I'm getting down to the final few tweaks that I need done with my WP  
theme and I just don't have the time to figure out how to fix them  
and I need them done asap (like 24 hours).

Looking for a reliable very experienced CSS/WP coder who has the time  
to help me with the following:

1. Fix the CSS in 3 templates/pages where the sidebar drops below the  
content in the layout in IE on Windows. *This only happens on these 3  
pages, other pages seem to display correctly.
2. Add the ability in my theme for my XDforum plugin to have a  
breadcrumb trail. (apparently my theme is dropping it)
3. Tackle validation. Currently the site doesn't validate and I would  
like to be as close as possible, if not validating.
4. Widgetize the sidebar. (currently the CSS doesn't display  
correctly when widgets are turned on). Goal is to get the Zenpressed  
thumnail gallery to display images in the sidebar.

Please respond w/ an estimate of time/money
