[wp-pro] how much should i expect to pay for help?

struggling to create my own theme in line with my site.
 
I'm skint so can't really afford to pay much for some help. How much should I expect to pay someone through rent a coder or somewhere similar. Doesn't have to be anything fancy and I'd be happy with a modified theme rather than starting from scratch.
