[wp-pro] how to change some fields

Hi!

I hope this is a quick and easy question....

I am trying to update my XML files (including past ones) to include a
default byline and excerpts.

Can someone assist with a how to as well as recommendations on the easiest
way to do it? Thanks.

 

ie How can I change dc:creator (our byline) to always be my company name
instead of individual writers?
