[wp-pro] Expert needed to integrate PhpList: estimate 2 hrs. of work

Hi,

I have a working installation of PhpList running at 
http://www.shaydoron.net - I've tested it, and I can send messages and 
manage users just fine, but I need somebody to help set up a 
subscription page that will feed into PhpList from the site.

Note that when I say 'integration,' I'm not looking to be able to 
manage the Phplist config or users directly from Wordpress - I just 
need the sign-up form to appear in 1-2 places in the site, and for the 
users' name/email address to be added to PhpList once the opt-in 
procedure has been completed.

What I'm looking for is much akin to what's on this site:

and I was told that was done with the FunkyPenguin WP-Phplist plugin. 
However, I registered for the FP forum last night in order to download 
it, but never received a confirmation email.

In any case, this is a serious inquiry - I already have people sending 
me messages that they want to subscribe to the mailing list, so I need 
to get this up and running soon. I estimate it would take 2 hrs. of 
work (maybe less with the plugin).
