[wp-pro] Request for Bid: Enhanced Wordpress Blog

I need a wordpress expert to help me build a website. The website will have 
a wordpress blog (each entry w/ a podcast), forums, about me page. Each blog 
entry will have a link to more info and this will take the user to another 
page where they can see the transcript of the podcast.

Below is some info explaining what I need. It would be great if you could 
respond with a bid. If you can't give me an exact number, please give me 
some idea. Thanks!

I need someone who can create a new wordpress template (using CSS) that I 
have created in Photoshop along with some wordpress plug-ins.

-Must have a keen knowledge of SEO.
-Must be able create css layouts that will be cross browser compatible and 
not break (IE css hack experience desired)

-	Ideally, the person I hire can also integrate forum software (e.g DCForums 
http://www.dcbs.com/dc/dcboard.php, phpbb: http://www.phpbb.com/, or 
vanilla: http://getvanilla.com/). I may create an image in photoshop and 
request you create a new template. The forum must have user friendly 
validation e.g. message telling user password is sent and they may need to 
look in their spam folder, the email sent has link taking them directly back 
to the page they need to log in, login then takes them to change password 
screen, then user is taken back to where they were before they were 
instructed to register.
-	Build a javascript “Shelf” using Moo.fx. (http://moofx.mad4milk.net/) ; 
possibly install kaccordion moo.fx javascript library 0.1
-	I will be broadcasting podcasts, and will want there to be multiple mp3 
downloads available for each blog entry. (like what you see at 
http://www.sexwithemily.com/listen.html)
-	Works in ALL Browsers (especially IE and Safari)
-	Do not use any preload images
-	Be able to organize the backend html with comments
-	Make sure the end result is css/xhtml valid
-	Install Feedburner
-	Insert survey (SurveyGizmo plug in is one way)
-	Copywright notice
-	Ability to insert mp3 and videos
-	title tag, header tags and other xhtml markup tags specified in W3C 
standards
-	Each post on home page blog must have links to read more
-	Nav bar across the top with links to about, podcasts, forums
-	Each podcast entry will have title, multiple embedded podcast file and 
player, image, link to more (which will take user to another page with 
transcript), comments, rss feed links, and other links like digg and other 
social bookmarks.

I will need your input to figure out exactly which plugins I will need.
