[wp-pro] Plugin required (will pay) - simplified version of Links management

Hi folks,

I'm looking for someone to write a custom plugin for me, to manage large 
lists of TV channels available in different countries.

I'm not an expert on plugins, but I imagine it could be a clone of the 
'Links' management area, but heavily simplified, and with different 
field names - simply Country, Channel, and Language. All other fields 
and options to be removed.... apart from perhaps the 'Visible' toggle.

'Categories' would become 'Countries'
'Name' -becomes 'Channel'
'Description' becomes 'Language'

I also required a dropdown menu within my Wordpress site, to dynamically 
output a complete list of channels, depending on the country selected.
