[wp-pro] adding a specific column

heyo, 

looking for someone to help me add a 4th column to a
theme that would only hold a certain category (or
parent then children posts).  

the theme right now has 3 columns and is working great
(for the most part), but i want to add a 4th column
that contains one specific series of threads/posts and
that is accessable (to post to) from the dashboard. 
more than willing to pay a reasonable price for the
assistance.  

the site address is http://www.jvfd.org  (want a new
column between the middle column and the right sidebar
to hold the 'safety bulletins')
