[wp-pro] WP Expert needed

I like to teamup with wp experts to customize few of my sites. The
requirements are followings:

1. Custom template per site.
2. Adding few features like, Sticky topics, Catagories order settings, Few
static pages.
3. Creation of a resource directory.
4. Ability to display images of the posters.
5. A poster can start its own blog
