[wp-polyglots] GlotPress and danish locale

As mentioned I'm new to this. Is there any dokumentation besides:

I'm thinking how the da.wordpress.org works. I can see that there's some
built in funktionality regarding releasing the language file. Directly from
the repository I'm guessing.

Is GlotPress and svn totally in sync?

I guees I'm asking about the procedure, when all strings are translated in
GlotPress and I want to release the language file.
