[wp-polyglots] Building fails

Your tags/2.8.5 folder doesn't have the correct subfolder structure,
hence the build cannot find the proper file. Please read
http://codex.wordpress.org/Translating_WordPress, particularly
http://codex.wordpress.org/Translating_WordPress#Repository_File_Structure
