Hi,

ve.wordpress.org has been setup, you can login at:
http://ve.wordpress.org/wp-admin/

Please try building a local version at Tools → Translations for es_VE
When you commit an update of the rosetta translation, you can request
a deploy at: Tools → Deploy Requests
