[wp-polyglots] ku.wordpress.org & wp-admin Style (CSS) changing to RTL

hi,
the http://ku.wordpress.org/ is her :) thanks to all.
also i want change the CSS to RTL direction and some change in 
font-family, after them change the dir tag in html from ltr to rtl.
http://en.wordpress.org/wp-content/themes/rosetta/style.css
however want to change Administrator to Kurdish and change the direction 
to rtl.
