[wp-polyglots] codex in other languages?

Any plan to add in localized versions of the codex site? As more and
more people are developing plugins/themes for WordPress, I see a big
demand to have a central place for the codex. Each language group
might have their own codex now, but it is not linked with the
codex.wordpress.org site. If someone searched something and found an
article on the codex.wordpress.org, it would be nice to have a link at
the bottom, that says "this article in Simplified Chinese" just like
wikipedia.

Does it make sense? Any comments?
