AN the disucssion on hackers ML had considered to make a system that
could be applied to theme and plugins, no decision was made, and all
was postponed to 2.6 where the hardcoded strings will be taken into
consideration too. I push to have a method really simple, no need of
tools or special O.S. etc cause not all the translation teams are, or
not all members are, computer specialist and they use  the vairous O.S
with various level of knowledge..
