[wp-polyglots] Approval for commit

Hello,

I'm thinking to allow other people to join our localization team for
wordpress. but I have a few questions.

1. Will I get the email if someone committed something to mm-MY folder?  If
not, how can I make this to happen?

2.  If someone commits something, I would like to review it and want to
approve it. Is it possible to do that?
