[wp-polyglots] Codex update: TinyMCE no more for direct translation

Hello,

since now there is no more need to translate tinyMCE files directly, I suggest 
deleting the chapter "TinyMCE files" from the codex page "Files For Direct 
Translation".

Or should we only add a remark "This applies only up to WP 2.3, beginning with 
WP 2.5 these strings are included in the wordpress.pot file"
