[wp-polyglots] WP version placeholder for international site page

Hi Nikolay. Could you create a placeholder / shortcode that will be
replaced with the latest version number of local wordpress available
in each local WP site? We could use them in the page named
'txt-download' so it will be updated automatically everytime we
release a new local version.
