[wp-polyglots] request for SVN account for Hebrew he_IL translation

Hello Polyglots list

I have been a stalker here for quite a while :)

I maintain the Hebrew he_IL localization for Wordpress at http://wph.co.il/.
I create a kind of a forked distribution for easier installation for
inexperienced users, but I also want to add my work to the localization
files repository for other developers etc.

As far as I know, I am currently the only translator working on the Hebrew
he_IL localization, and I would like SVN access to add it to the main repo.

Furthermore, I would love to be a beta tester for the new beta program for
international wordpress.org sites. I have already posted a request in the
relevant thread, so this is just for making sure someone sees it and it
doesn't get ignored in all the discussion regarding existing communities.
