I would like to participate in this, with a translation for Hebrew. I
already have blog for it setup at wph.co.il (I've maintained the translation
for more than two years, but only recently moved it to it's own site.)

I do not have a svn repo conforming to the said structure, but I can I have
it up and running soon.

I can be reached at this address or at ran ranh.co.il
