Thanks a big bundle for your prompt and insightful response.
I will follow your advice in the matter of adding a textdomain realm,
which will help me to a great extent in structuring my l10n efforts.

And as you have suggested, the WP i18n Central idea may usher in an
Internationalization Utopia!
