[wp-polyglots] More on Estonian translation

Hello,

I have completed the Estonian translation of WP core (et.mo) and the
default theme (default-et). I'll test them a bit on a local installation
before final submission. There were also a couple of strings in WP that
seem to be hardcoded, as translation has no effect on them. 

Does anyone know about Estonian translation of TinyMCE? The official
site does not have it, Drupal (which uses it too) does not seem to have
anything either.
