[wp-polyglots] [PLUGIN] Manage database easily

I'm going to inform this list about great plugins and themes well
internationalized and ready for the localizations so various team can
jump on them and make a locale version, sendint it to the author to
include in the package or as stand alone locale file at the URL you
will give. The tag [PLUGIN] and [THEME] will be used.

If a team release a locale translation for a plugin ort them can
inform the list attacching the info to the appropriate thread. This
way we will get an archive of plugins and theme localized so maybe in
the future will be easy put up a databae or integrate one already
existant.

Plugin let manage articles, users, comments searching for any of the
database field and mass changing them easily and securely without
having to get mad with SQL queries, not for all WP users but really
usefull for power users.
