In the nex day i will setup a page on codex unnder my personal page to
trace down theme and plugin we haveor we know that are gettext and
with languages available. This will help to start a catalog of exising
resources and allow teams to jump on them/plugin ready to be localized
missing theyr own languages.

Rhis should be better done on dev.wp-plugins.org and
dev.wp-themes.org/ but lot of developpers don't use it, don't care
about it or registered and never used it. We are thinking about how to
make thing change about this. If necessary we can ask to have some
special access tto them or having another structure for just locales
files under WP umbrella. Any suggestion welcome.
