[wp-polyglots] The "(more...)" text

I tried to use gettext to replace the default hardcoded (more...) text
in template-functions-post.php but couldn't get it to work. Could
anyone with a little more experience of gettext calls try it and
report success or failure here? I'd like to fix it properly, but for
now I have hardcoded it in Swedish rather than English.
