Wordpress translations are maintained at rosetta 
(https://launchpad.ubuntu.com/rosetta/products/wordpress/wordpress-1.5). I 
see that there are translations for Argentina and Chile.

To work in rosetta you need a launchad account, but you must register in 
https://launchpad.ubuntu.com/rosetta/products/wordpress/wordpress-1.5 because 
the launchpad registration isn't working.
