[wp-polyglots] start in rosetta [catalan]

The Wordpress system works better with UTF-8 (recommended). All good 
browsers, like Firefox, translates automatically the language 
specification stated upon the URL html. My translation to Portuguese 
will be done, then, in UTF-8.
