[wp-polyglots] List of all strings

$           grep -rnEe "__\(|_e\(" * > _.txt

I am trying this in my wordpress directory to get a list of all 
translatable strings. It is not quite it. I would need to remove the 
parts before and after the pattern, either if the string delimiter is a 
« ' » or a « " ». Then, we would only need to sort them, and that's it 
!

Is there a list of such strings, so that I don't have to find them all 
this way ?
