Which is a simple solution in English since the imperative is not marked, but in many languages it can cause additional headache: whether to choose the formal or informal version. Not to mention languages that have more than 2 registers.
Many translators go by choosing an impersonal form (e.g. a noun created from the verb or infinitive etc.)

RE: error messages.
On the white pages that display the ERROR messages when some fields are not filled out in the comment form there is no encoding, so the utf-8 characters do not display correctly.
