[wp-hackers] Advanced Javascript development in core

Another place that needs work related to Javascript development is the image
editor that's built into attachment pages and the image details modal. 
There is a lot of archaic code in this: the html elements have hard coded
event attributes and suffer from iditis.  The code is also seriously coupled
to the page its on.  They added a view to make it work in the image details
modal but its just a wrapper for the current code.  I would love to see this
as a proper Backbone view where you just put in an attachment model and you
are on your way.
