Then go use Drupal. We don't wish to adopt APIs that we do not use, for a
number of reasons. I hate the idea of accepting responsibility for
maintaining something that we do not actually use. Drupal does not keep
backwards compatibility for their APIs, which means they can experiment a
bit more. Our philosophies dictate that we need to take less of a burden
and less debt.
