Is it a known problem that new releases still aren't going through the

Stable tag: 1.2.30

And that tag exists: 
http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/updraftplus/tags/1.2.30/

But my plugin page still shows 1.2.27: 
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/updraftplus/
