[wp-hackers] Hide pages from panels

I wish the WordPress menu manager used the model employed by CMS Tree View
(which is a fantastic plugin).  WordPress Menus get pretty unwieldy pretty
quickly because they don't have the ability to expand and collapse menu
hierarchy.
