[wp-hackers] Whippet: a standalone dev server for WordPress

Well -- lots of people develop on macs and and under Linux :)

I'm not familiar with people's workflow on Windows. If we had Windows 
support, would it be workable to use Whippet from a command prompt, or 
would people expect it to run in its own window?
