[wp-hackers] mask mysql password on install

MySQL passwords can sometimes be confusing alphanumeric strings that are
difficult enough to type when you *do* have plain text.  I think masking
that particular password field would put far too many people at a
disadvantage.

And since it's a password you only have to enter once - opposed to one you
enter daily where prying eyes could grab it - I don't really see the value
in such a change.  I could be wrong, tho ...
