[wp-hackers] WordPress actions' load order

John,

Are you certain this plugin overwrites wp-includes/plugin.php?  I installed
it, ran it, deactivated it and just checked this file, which was at 3.4 beta
2 and the dates still aligned with a fresh copy of the file from the
WordPress download ZIP.  I do agree, however, it isn't up-to-date.
