Billion dollar systems? Very impressed.

However, I still disagree. The client doesn't want to see the container 
- they don't care in the slightest about the container.

They want to see the 100% finished article. With container, content, and 
*everything* in place, "before" going live.

When these changes are not just copy and simple theme changes - the 
preview function of WP just doesn't cut it.
