[wp-hackers] Adding a plugins svn committer

Why not host the project on a separate server that you can add committers to, e.g. GitHub, and maintain sole control over the plugin on worpdress.org?

I see, I was hoping to add a committer but retain sole control over releases. Sounds like it's an all or nothing proposition.
