[wp-hackers] Small nit to pick in re: software updates

This has bothered me since we added the Update menu item:

If I click through to the Plugins page, I can click the "get details"
on a plugin update and check the changelog, etc. However, if I go
through the Updates link, no such option is available to me, which
causes me to curse whoever made that distinction, click over to the
Plugins page and click the "get details" link so that I can make sure
that I'm not blindfire updating a critical plugin.

Does this bother anyone else?
