[wp-hackers] title_li => redundant on lists

Hi hackers,

I find It very disturbing having to declare "title_li" as blank every time I
use wp_list_pages and wp_list_categories functions. It is a great feature to
have there, but having that on by default is a real pain, keeping in mind
that those two functions are very much used for menus and don't need a
title.

Is there a chance to turn "title_li" them off on the next version or so?
