I don't.

Its a great idea, but University's usually have their own IT department which usually under their remit have the website.
And most universities provide website space to their departments since many different departments require a different setup to others.

For example the web/computing department would want LAMP's and generally everything else ends up on IIS powered gear.

I speak from knowing bits and pieces about how the University of Leeds website infrastructure is setup.

WordPress doesn't have the power and flexibility or security needed to manage a whole university.

Something for a specific department that doesn't want to use the university provided space or cms yes tho.
