[wp-hackers] plugin 'Last Updated' date

No worries. Thanks Otto. I did find some other sites mentioning making sure the readme.txt is UTF-8 and other 'techniques'. At the time this morning tried all. But just checked the date and now seems to be correct. Thanks.
