[wp-hackers] plugin 'Last Updated' date

Morning all,

I just updated one of my plugins, http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/pages-children/. The information, version, etc. for the plugin updated corrected. But the 'Last Updated' date still shows 2011-01-23. 

As far as I'm aware this is not something I directly control via the plugin PHP or readme.txt file. Anyone else seeing this issue?
